“We have been very happy with Erie Insurance, and Carl Urian’s agency in particular, ever since we signed up with them. Very responsive on policy changes, clarifying details of policies (we have homeowner’s, auto, plus an umbrella policy. Just recently, we had our first claim, on homeowner’s. Carl Urian assisted with answering questions, and started the claims process. Despite (likely overwhelming) recent set of storms with damage claims in other areas, the adjuster (Kathryn Moore) – being apologetic for any delay – texted and Emailed me to shepherd the process. I submitted photos, invoices and any requested proof, and the adjuster initiated the reimbursement almost immediately, with Carl Urian keeping in the loop. In the middle of the turmoil, it was very assuring that nobody was about to drop the ball on this claim.
